2. Quotations, Pricing & VAT
Currency: All prices quoted or displayed on the Site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Value Added Tax (VAT): In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on Value Added Tax, standard 5% VAT will be applied to all taxable supplies and invoiced accordingly.
Price Validity: Quotations issued for custom orders (e.g., customized event flags, custom banner printing, permanent ground flagpoles) are valid for [14 or 30] calendar days from issuance.
3. Orders & Custom Manufacturing
Standard Hardware: Orders for standard in-stock inventory (e.g., standard stainless steel stanchions, rope barriers) are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved Purchase Order (PO) under agreed corporate credit terms.
Custom & Printed Goods: Custom-branded flags, printed crowd barrier jackets, or custom-dimension poles require written sign-off on digital print proofs. Once proofs are approved, manufacturing begins, and orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Color Matching: We employ industry-standard CMYK/Pantone digital printing. Minor color variations may occur between digital screen previews and fabric substrates (e.g., knitted polyester, satin, blockout fabrics).
4. Delivery, Site Access & Installation
Delivery Scope: Deliveries are handled across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah) via our fleet or designated courier services.
Access Requirements: For heavy flagpoles, counterweighted bases, or bulky queue barrier pallets, the client must ensure adequate loading dock access, unloading clearance, and necessary gate passes (e.g., security clearances for free zones, shopping malls, or government venues).
Installation Works: If professional flagpole ground-bolting, wall-mounting, or base casting is contracted, the client is responsible for identifying underground utilities, obtaining landlord/venue NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and municipal permits where required.
5. Returns, Replacements & Warranty
Inspection Window: Damaged or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Return of Stock Items: Unused standard stanchions and accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, subject to inspection and a [15-20%] restocking fee. Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility.
Exclusions: Custom-printed flags, bespoke brackets, clearance items, and cut-to-order poles are non-returnable.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai Courts (or ADGM / DIFC Courts if registered there in).
